Introduction:
Individuals working in an organization must
produce and services that are essential to the
performance of the organization.
Typically, individual work in small groups which have common or related
functions. Each person in such a group has an individual aspiration, level of
skills and attitude towards the task. Since individual think, feel and respond
according to their individuality they sometimes do not consider the benefits of
supporting, cooperate and communicate with others to achieve a common goal.
This program me is devoted to teaching concepts of communication through
various activities which make work positive and productive. It contains
principal activities by which a working group can be transformed into a
productive team.
Program Objective:
By the end of this session, participants would be able
to:-

• Communicate effectively among team
  members
• Show improvement in interpersonal relationship among team members.
• Understand how a high-performing team can be built
• Show the team five key steps which will improve their ability to achieve
  better results at the same time
• Help other individual team members to be more successful, and hence
  improve the team’s (organization) overall level of achievement. 3
• Raise awareness of the power which an effective team can bring to a
  real, work-related environment
• Apprehend the powerful process of selecting the best course of action,
  using a pre-agreed selection criteria, and securing the commitment of
  the whole team
• Raise the team members’ awareness of the stages through which a
  developing team progresses, and what they can do at each stage to
  encourage further growth
