Introduction:
Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) have become fundamental to the
practice of planning, management and the operation of a business as a basic of risk management. This
was recognized as proactive way of managing hazard and risk, so that we will able to control the
identified hazard before it become the root cause of accident.
This training program will give the participant skill and knowledge on the best way of developing
HIRARC activities at workplace. This HIRARC is part of regulatory requirement that safety
management standard, Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 45001 required it
to be done prior certification.

Program Objective:
By the end of the course participants will be able;

1. To identify all the factors and hazards that may cause harm to employees and others.
2. To determine the risks in the workplace by considering the likelihood and severity of the
   hazard.
3. To train workers and employers to plan, implement and monitor the control measures to
   ensure that the risks are adequately controlled at all times
