Introduction:

Control Circle (also known as Innovative & Creative Circle (ICC) or just Small
Group Activity (SGA)) consist of a small group of employees, usually coming
from the same work area who voluntarily meet on a regular basis to identify,
investigate, analyze and solve their work-related problems together in order to
contribute to the improvement of the enterprise. They also helps to identify
continuous improvement ideas and to avoid potential problems at the
workplace.
QCC practices help respect humanity and to build a cheerful workgroup through
the development of the employees’ infinite potentials.
7 QC Tools course will present a unique and workable approach to the basic
tools and methods necessary for real quality improvement. The quality
philosophy of Dr. W. Edwards Deming is also woven into the course.
Problem solving effort is to collect the right data and then to analyze that data in
an understandable way. Information must be extracted from the data for use a in
decision making. As such, a significant portion of this 7 QC Tools course will be
dedicated to the use of statistics to achieve these objectives
