Introduction:
Risk Management Training under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 encourages an increased external focus on quality and environmental management as part of a risk-based approach. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 have always advocated mitigating and avoiding risks, implicitly addressing the issue. The new ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards explicitly expect organizations to identify and address risks affecting product and service compliance, resulting in improved customer satisfaction. Besides identifying risks, the new ISO standards also require organizations to address opportunities for improvement based on risk analysis. However, they do not mandate the creation of a formal risk management system.
